Under the direction of the medical staff and nursing team, our medical equipment team starts working on the NICU setup prior to the patient being released from the hospital. We make sure the home NICU is completely operational before the patient arrives. There are highly qualified intensivists on hand to closely monitor the patient’s condition and offer their professional advice. For appropriate counseling, frequent visits are also facilitated as needed.
Nurse supervisors with expertise in critical care make house calls and thoroughly monitor crucial tasks such as oxygen delivery, ICU protocol observance, and much more. They offer direction to the supporting workers as well as the family members. In an ICU, routine medicine administration, vital sign recording, and tube changes are typically essential procedures.
